As the COO at RGH, Joyce oversees the 350-bed facilities managing hospital operations, financial planning, and team recruitment. She has been instrumental in driving cost optimization, enhancing operational workflows, and improving organizational profitability.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory from Kenya Methodist University and she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Systems Management. Joyce is a registered member of the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) and has received various certifications in healthcare management.
